4. Fruitful Evangelism. To bring others to Christ by lovingly presenting God's truth, taking care to live it out in everyday life. (Mk. 16:15)
5. Intentional Disciplemaking. To encourage people to take the next step in their spiritual growth and faithful service to God. (Matt. 28:19-20, 2 Tim. 2:2)
6. Leadership Development. To identify and prepare godly people to lead with love, skill, and integrity. (1 Tim. 3:13, Titus 1:7-9, 1 Peter 5:1-11)
7. Servant Ministry. To foster compassionate service, demonstrating the love of Christ in our community, nation, and world. (Matt. 20:25-28, Gal. 5:13, 1 Jn. 3:18)
8. Loving Relationships. To provide a warm, nurturing fellowship, striving to maintain a Biblical balance of acceptance and accountability in the unity of the Spirit, and keeping people the priority in order to enjoy a healthy, harmonious church community. (Jn. 13:35, Phil. 2:1-4, Heb. 10:23-25)
