Children's Ministry

Children are a very important part of Cornerstone Community Church. In fact, we believe they are a gift from God and should be handled with love and care. Your children will have fun learning about Christ in a safe environment with our committed and trained volunteers. Cornerstone and these volunteers believe it is the church’s role to assist parents, in a cooperative effort, in teaching religious principles.

Nursery – Provided during all Sunday services for infants to age 2.

Toddlers – Children, ages 2 & 3, enjoy a fun, interactive learning environment during the worship service in the Toddler Room. During the Bible Education Hour, toddlers enjoy more games, singing, and Bible story time.

Age 4 – 6th Grade – Kids in this group have BLAST (Bible Learning and Spiritual Training) each Sunday from September - May. Immediately following the worship service, BLAST-OFF begins in the Education Center’s multi-purpose room. This 15 minute period consists of kids’ music, singing, and large-group fun before heading off to BLAST classes. Classes are available for all school grades.

Kids, join the fun with Mom & Dad at Family Time and also for the annual Christmas party and Easter celebration event.

SAFETY & SECURITY MEASURES

• All Cornerstone volunteers are screened and trained
• Appropriate child/adult ratios are maintained in each classroom
• All children through age 3, and their parents, participate in a protective check-in system.
