Serving Opportunities

Every week, volunteers are serving in various ways to accomplish all the work that is done through ministries at Cornerstone. Many are leading a Bible study, caring for a small group of children, greeting at the front door, distributing bulletins, singing on a music team, mowing the yard or shoveling the snow, and the list goes on and on. Together, we serve the Lord with caring hearts and hands.

As volunteer opportunities become available, they will be posted below along with the person to contact. Don’t hesitate to take advantage of test-driving a service opportunity to see if it is the right fit for you. Don’t see something you’re interested in or you’re not sure what God designed you to do? Serving Opportunities:

Children's Church Helpers - Do you like to work with children? We are looking for a few people to serve on a rotational basis to teach 4 and 5 year olds during the second half of the worship service. Interested individuals should contact Tonya Houk at 207-0122.

Greeters or Bulletin Distribution - If you enjoy people, you may enjoy serving the Lord by opening the front door and welcoming people to church or by distributing bulletins as they enter the Auditorium. Helpers work on a rotational basis.

Toddler Church Helpers - Adult helpers are needed to care for children age 2-3. Come teach, play, read, serve snacks, and just enjoy this fun age group. Help is needed during the Worship Service; volunteers serve on a rotational basis. Contact Marilee Critelli at 384-6513 if you would like to assist.
