PERSONAL STUDY
Each week of Rooted includes opportunities to spend time in God’s Word, pray, reflect, and journal about what God is teaching you. The more intentionally you engage in these practices throughout the week, the more you'll experience spiritual growth and transformation in your daily life.
GROUP DISCUSSION
Every week, you'll connect with your group to encourage one another, talk about what you're learning, and pray together. As you share your stories and experiences, lasting friendships often develop—and many Rooted groups continue gathering even after the 10 weeks are complete.
GROWTH EXPERIENCES
One of the best ways to grow in your faith is to put it into practice. Throughout Rooted, your group will participate in meaningful experiences designed to strengthen spiritual habits, deepen your relationship with God, and help you live out what you're learning in everyday life.

Frequently Asked Questions
Rooted is a 10-week discipleship experience designed to help you deepen your relationship with God and connect with others in authentic community. Each week, your group will gather to discuss what God is teaching you through the daily readings and reflections in the Rooted Workbook. Throughout the week, you'll spend time engaging with five daily devotionals, each taking approximately 15–20 minutes to complete.
As part of the Rooted journey, you'll also participate in a prayer experience and a serve experience, providing opportunities to put your faith into action alongside your group. Following the tenth session, all Rooted groups will come together for a Celebration, where we'll reflect on God's faithfulness and celebrate the life change, growth, and stories that have emerged throughout the journey.
We understand that Rooted is a significant time commitment, but we believe it's worth investing in the entire process. If you know you will miss more than 2 meetings, we ask that you wait until the next Rooted session. This journey is a cumulative experience, and so we ask that every participant commit to honor each other by attending all meetings.
Our Rooted groups meet at Cornerstone. Childcare is available for Sunday evening groups only.
Our growth group team will prayerfully place participants into groups of about 8-14 people. We try to group by age, marital status, and life stage, though groups ultimately depend upon the availability of those who register. A substantial amount of prayer and thoughtfulness goes into creating groups we think will provide the best experience for all people who attend.
The cost of Rooted is $35. This covers the Rooted workbook and all other associated expenses. Need based scholarships are available.
We hope so! As you go through Rooted, your group will talk about continuing as a group. If your group does not continue together, we will help you find a small group that you can grow with.
